Last night, 3 new career fire fighters were sworn in by the Barnard Fire District. Chairman of the Fire Commission Norm Gerhard officiated. Welcome aboard FF Dan Fuller, FF Nick Hoffman and FF Quin Sladden. All 3 received their badges and were pinned in place by family members. FF Fuller transferred to Barnard earlier this year and FF Hoffman and FF Sladden will be heading to the Monroe County Recruit Fire Fighter Training program next Monday.
