On Sunday October 6th, all 4 Fire Districts (Barnard, Lake Shore, North Greece & Ridge Road) along with Greece Police, Monroe Ambulance and the students with the Greece School District (Responding to Emergency) program, all were on hand, to demonstrate to our residents, the equipment available to respond to our community needs and emergencies. This included resources from the Monroe County Haz-Mat Team and the Special Operations Unit. The weather was perfect and all personnel enjoyed the opportunity to show the families from our Districts our equipment and apparatus. Hopefully with all the children that climbed on board the apparatus, we will them see them again, as future fire fighters in a few years.
